Job Description
Customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Sales support: Promote and upsell products, meet sales goals and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Merchandising: Help organise and restock merchandise on shelves and displays, ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.
Inventory management: Assist with inventory counts and stock organisation, ensuring that products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
Store maintenance: Keep the store clean, organised and safe for customers and staff. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Team collaboration: Work with other team members to achieve store objectives and create a positive work environment.
