I have fine, 2B wavy/curly hair which I recently cut into a French bob. So my hair gets pretty wavy/curly because it's short. However, it takes me less than 10 minutes to get my hair straight(er) using the Mini Styler. The tip I received from the salesman was to set it to 160 degrees and wait for at least two minutes before using (I left it for 5 minutes). Then, use the Mini Styler on your hair section by section while giving each section 5-10 seconds (not too fast with the brush). In this way, I get to shape my hair better without going over the sections too many times, which increases the chances of the hair frizzing up. I'm quite happy with the result even on my first try and I'm clueless about styling my hair. I recommend it for noobs and experts.
