We were on holiday when my daughter’s Sanrio’s pocketsmile had problems. Contacted via whatsapp on the issue and I was granted an exchange. I was just trying my luck by asking if I can make the exchange in Malaysia since I will only be back 4-5 days later. To my surprise, I was able to even though I bought it in Singapore physical store. Everything was smooth. From the consultation via WhatsApp to the appointment for an exchange. I’m loving Stryv.

Ordered my cinnamoroll PocketSmile and the delivery was very fast. Overall it was a good purchase as the brush works well to really clean my teeth. It is also quite light weight and easy to carry for travelling.

Bought as a gift and definitely a great one. Love the sterilisation function for a hygiene freak!
